About Us


John Quandt has held numerous chief financial officer positions with the most recent being Chief Financial Officer, Levi Strauss Americas - a three billion dollar business including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Latin America. Additionally, he has served as:
  • Chief Financial Officer, Levi Strauss Europe, Middle East and Africa - a two billion dollar business encompassing 14 affiliates spread across 22 countries
  • Chief Financial Officer, Levi Strauss Canada
  • Chief Financial Officer, Brittania Sportswear LTD.
Mr. Quandt has over 35 years of business experience working in senior finance positions at Levi Strauss& Co., Signal Companies, Western Gear Corp. and IBM. He has lived and worked in the U.S., Europe and Canada and has extensive experience managing a global business. Over the course of his career he has been involved in all areas of finance including strategic planning, budgeting, accounting, tax, treasury, financial analysis and new business development.

Mr. Quandt holds a B.A. in economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara and a MBA in finance from UCLA.

Justin Quandt has over seven years experience as a consulting and project management professional. In his career Mr. Quandt has managed the delivery of dozens of online and client based software applications for large firms across multiple industries. Some of Mr. Quandt's positions include:
  • Project Manager and Program Manager, CCC Information Services Inc. - a software and consulting firm providing electronic claim management to the insurance industry.
  • Project Manager, Hubbard One (A Thomson Reuters business) – a provider of marketing and business development solutions for law firms and other professional services organizations.
  • Consultant, Navigant Consulting – a specialized international consulting firm serving industries undergoing substantial regulatory or structural change, including financial services, insurance, healthcare and energy.
In addition, Mr. Quandt operates a private investment fund. The fund employs a two phased quantitative strategy which is based on fundamental analysis of investment options as well as analysis of macroeconomic conditions. While most U.S. mutual funds were down close to 40% in 2008, Mr. Quandt's fund was up 14%, and has continued to significantly outperform the S&P 500 with returns of 44% in 2009 and 7% YTD (2010).

Mr. Quandt received a B.S. In Business Administration from Bucknell University.
